When users select a programme from the dropdown, the system updates all related data afterwards, including the current table, downstream pages, navigation states, and programme-specific records. The interface should clearly communicate that this is not only a local filter, but the active programme context for the overall experience.

The new design makes the selected programme more explicit as the active context. Supporting helper text clarifies that all related data and sidebar states will update according to the selected programme.
